My Passion

      There are lots of insurance plans. Plans are separated into four categories: platinum, gold, silver and bronze. The more you pay in premium cost, the lower your expected out of pocket cost are. I've found that people pay thousands of dollars a year on premiums for bronze plans without clarity about what's covered until a medical crisis arises.

      My desire to help others avoid mounting medical bills is why I am passionate about sharing information about health insurance. A medical crisis can financially and emotionally bankrupt a family. Treatment for Cancer, organ transplants, rehabilitation, etc. can cost $100,000 or more. Can you imagine getting a bill from your healthcare provider for $20, 000, because your plan only covered 80%? Can you imagine your love ones struggling to pay this bills after you pass away?

     I am hoping that my passion to share will be contagious and cause more interest in understanding insurance.
